Subtitling 1-minute Arabic video into English

I have a 51-second video trailer in Arabic that I need to have subtitled into English. There are ten lines of subtitles, with specific points of fade in and fade out. The text to be used in the subtitling, which should be elegant and high quality, is Garamond, Small Caps. Place the subtitles at the bottom of the video image (i.e. not on the black, but just above it) and keep the size small, but readable when played at actual size. Please retain the quality of the MPEG to be exactly the same high quality. Payment terms: 1. Work to be confidential 2. All rights retained by me. Project phases: 1. Co-ordinate via email, with the file to be sent to you via YouSendIt. 1. Please do first subtitle, cut and send as an mpeg. 4. Please send first full version of subtitled mpeg, any changes to be made. 3. Send final version of mpeg for payment to be made.
