DB2 Universal Database Setup

I need a database programmer to login my computer remotely and setup a DB2 Universal Database. Ill need a database login for the database listed above. I need an example database setup for the database mentioned above. This example database must have at least 10 tables, relationships between the tables, primary keys, foreign keys, and a few stored procedures. Each table should have at least 5 fields. If for some reason a database type can not work on my remote computer, I expect some sort of third party solution. I need to know upfront so please let me know in your bid description if you expect to run into any issue. The computer I need these database types setup is on a Windows 10 PRO operating system. I do not have any special software for the database. Let me know if I need some and where to obtain it from. I need to know this before bid acceptance. If you need anymore information, please ask.
