Build a Master Detail VB application

The purpose of the application is to track current activities. A master detail grid allows the users to take actions on activities. The action you can take depends on the status of the activity.
[login to view URL] new activity -- Status = Created (initial info required -> Activity creator - ActivityDescription - ExpectedAmount - VendorId/name - Productline - ClaimExpiryDate )
[login to view URL] activity is created, user can edit initial information -- Status not changed
[login to view URL] Activity (ClaimId - ClaimedDate)
[login to view URL] from claim(Two possible answers - either claim denied -> return to 2 or claim accepted -> enter acceptedClaimAmount - enter invoiceheaders)
4. SendInvoice (InvoiceId, InvoicedDate)
Here another role needs to step in to validate that the invoice was paid (in the meantime status = not paid)
5. RecievePayment (paymentInfo, date)\Activity will now be closed and saved (it cannot be reopened)
