MS Access 2016 - small changes/fixes needed

I have built a small Access 2016 database which will be sitting on my desktop, to track records for our trainers and any professional development activities they complete. The database is mostly complete, however there are three additional functions I have been unable to successfully create: 1. I need to display information from another table about the currently displayed trainer in a sub-form, embedded query or report 2. I need to be able click a button to go to the selected record in that sub-form query or report 2. I need to be able to identify any trainer who has not completed any activities in the past 6 months I am NOT looking for alternate database or hosting solutions.
