Just to give you some informations regarding our requirement, please review the below resume,
Technologies/platform
We need to develop a web application over open source platform LAMP, (Linux Apache, PHP and Mysql). For web design we wanted to develop with HTML5 y CSS3 standard. As design patron MVC (Model View controller) is required in order to use a layered model.
Also we will require knowledge in Node/js framework in order to develop real time applications asynchronies using javascript and messages in Json format. The objective is upload every page, without reload all page content.
Methodologies
Agile or similar.
Daily calls in a mix between Indian and Chilean timing.

Software navigation
The requested software should be a website with data base connexion and real time monitoring, at least 10 sections should be developed, at least 8 object has to be implemented.
Unified data base, is already designed/implemented, so it will be required only connecting it to the application.
The developer will not be working alone, since the team that currently is working in this project will provide you with all requirement and answers to all your questing regarding deep understanding of what has to be implemented.
Role base authentication module agains the db will be required, with profile management.
Five Profiles will be required
- Admin
- Supervisor
- Technician
- Doctor
- Worker
Web sections
- Authentication - roles
- Settings (different levels)

Each profile will have some particular access over the application and it sections
Admin - full access
- Create/update object 1, 2, 3, 4
- Create/update new user based on roles
- Access to the configurations files to read/write over them
- Configure alarms and alert to SMS sending
- Access to the monitoring sección
- Access to the historical data
Supervisor
- Create/update object 1, 2, 3, 4
- Create/update new user based on profile
- Access to the monitoring sección
- Access to the historical data
Technician
- Access to the configurations files to read/write over them
- Configure alarms and alert to SMS sending
- Access to the monitoring sección
- Access to the historical data
Doctor
- Create/update object 5, 6, 7, 8
- Access to the monitoring sección
