Help me fix a minor bug issue with my instagram account

I recently joined instagram. But I have been unable to find most of my friends because instagram would not allow me to connect my account to [login to view URL] I try to connect the two accounts, it says that the accounts have been linked, but when I try to find my facebook friends on instagram they do not show up. I tried to use every solution that google has to offer and I have even reported the problem to instagram but at no avail. So I need someone to help me fully connect the two accounts. My budget is £10 so please only message me if you agree with this price.
