D3.js/Django framework/Bootstrap developer -- 2

Looking for professionals to help build a dynamic web interface for analytics. The web interface needs to include navigation menu, drop-down filters (check-box selection, date range filters etc.), dynamic charts that read data from a CSV file. The charts should be able to read data in real time, and respond to filter selection on the web page. Experience required: Django framework as web server D3.js library to create charts Bootstrap to create navigational menus, filters, and responsive layout. Inputs: We will provide detailed specifications of the web page layout and chart type A CSV file containing dummy data will also be provided In terms of output, we will require a fully functional layout, complete source code that is well documented. Currently we would like the developer to build one web page with a single chart for evaluation purposes. If the output is satisfactory, there is a potential for us to offer the developer to create more charts that would be part of a full analytics micro-platform.
