Create software to remove duplicate emails, tidy formatting and other tasks

General information for the business: We are an advertising agency with a very large B2B database Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft SQL Server Description of requirements/functionality: Create software to allow us to load a csv file into the software which runs against our master file of email addresses and removes any duplicates, sort of the case on type, extract first names from email addresses etc. We get data from different sources and as so the requirements are slightly different for each one so might need to be able to select different actions based on the list type or select certain stages that apply to that list. Here are some of the processes involved: - Deduplicate on email address - We extract any first names from email addresses and populate a Salutation filed - Where a Company Name field is blank we create one from the Website field by removing “www.” and “.[login to view URL]” and captialising the first letter of the remaining url. - We like to have remove any ltd, plc etc removed from company names. - Ensure all fields are in the proper case. For instance no company names input as all capital letters. - Remove any “role based” email addresses such as admin@ or customercomplaints@ etc We would like to make this as portable as possible so that if we need to run the software on a different computer it isn't too much hassle to set up. THIS PROJECT IS LISTED AS BEING £250 - £750 BUT WE DO NOT WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN £300 ( $450).
