Convert Wise Install project to InstallAware 2012

For years I have used the now defunct Wise Installation System 9 and Wise InstallBuilder 8.1 installation programs to build .EXE distributables. I also have a copy of InstallAware 2012 RAD Studio Edition which I have never used. I would like to begin using InstallAware to create both a single EXE distributable, and also a web deployed EXE which downloads the bulk of the program (in a 7zip file) from a web site. I need to have my .wse projects converted to InstallAware 2012. Although InstallAware has an import function to convert .wse files, I have never been able to successfully convert my .wse projects this way. Therefore I am seeking someone who is knowledgeable with both Wise and InstallAware to perform the conversion. Though I have dozens of Wise projects, I would like to start with just one .wse file and then decide whether to continue with a second .wse file. IOW, your bid should be to convert just one .wse file to InstallAware 2012 format.
As I said above, the task requires that a single EXE distributable, and also a web deployed EXE which downloads the bulk of the program (in a 7zip file) from a web site be created.
Attached is the first .wse file I'd like to see converted. I will provide the user will all the packaged files (which are on a drive D). I expect the final converted InstallAware project to be able to find these package files on drive D.
I will also provide the freelancer with a final Wise compiled EXE to compare against.
