Write some Software

I am working on a software that looks like peachtree accounting. THE VARIOUS MODULES ARE: • BUSINESS STATUS • VENDORS AND SALES • CUSTOMER AND SALES • INVENTORY AND SERVICES • EMPLOYEES AND PAYROLL • BANKING • EXPENSES • DESPATCH/WAYBILL DETAIL • DATA ANALYSIS AND COMPANY REPORTS These features are just the same with peachtree but we need freedom in using our own software. For inventory I sell optical equipment so we sell some eye glass materials like lenses and also produce those glasses. Our majour vendors or customers are doctors, hospitals or shops that buy the raw materials. We want the software to handle the inventory well and as such we would be using a barcode scanner to take stocks and while selling. Please if you are a guru reply me. My budget is m=not high but am serious for this project.
