I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skills required are Bitcoin, J2ME and PLC & SCADA. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $250 - $750 USD. I have not provided a detailed description and have not uploaded any files. mainly we see the project contain the following main elements : 1. An altcoin with (instant transaction time, premine over 3B coin, pos & pow hybrid. 2. Electrum wallet with API to be connected to Payment Gateway site. 3. Payment Gateway with plugins for integration with popular CMS (content management system). 4. A mobile wallet connected to the Electrum wallet allow people to pay. 5. Teller interface (local shops) to exchange the balance (coins) with people. Note: is it possible to create a system to let tellers send people coins using people (end users) mobile number instead of taking picture of the QR code. like DNS working idea.

1.) You can release the payment as per milestones and after the milestone work is complete. No need to release any advance . 2.) Work done will be of very high quality . 3.) I shall have daily communication and shall provide daily updates.
