C++ cmd-line app to control Acrobat Reader using DDE

We need to have a C++ command line application that can control "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC" using Dynamic Data Exchange Protocol.
Requirements:
1. use Visual Studio Community 2017
2. use DDEML (Dynamic Data Exchange Management Library)
3. Only one instance of Adobe Reader will be controlled.
Actions to be done:
1. we will type open(<filepath>, <page_number>, <page_position>), hit enter and Adobe Reader will open the PDF file in a specific page number and position.
2. we will type next_page(), hit enter and the document will move on to the next page.
