I have done this on a number of projects using EF 6 and .net. This provides an entry in the config file to enable the logging of all calls using a TRACE command which can be set to log the calls to either a file or a debug listener such as DebugView. The configuration can be set to output just specific commands such as INSERT, UPDATE, SELECT or DELETE or all commands.
