Windows App to Archive Pictures from Flash Card

I would like an application there can move Pictures / Photos from a SD/Flash Card to a share/folder on a Windows server. I already have the Directory structure in place eg. -Project1 -----Picutures -----Quality Control -----BlahBlah -----Misc_dokuments Project2 -----Pictures -----Quality Control -----Bleh -----Misc When you start the app. all Photos on your flash Card should be listed, from here you can mark which Picture you would move to the server share. In every project folder there will be similar folder to where the Pictures should be imported to. eg. in this example Pictures and quality control. The app should look in the Project folder and list every project in a eg. listbox. then the user should decide to which project the Photos should be moved to. Next the user should decide if this should be moved to eg. Pictures or quality control. The app. should have posiblility to change location of the server share to look for projetnames (foldernames), the foldernames and location for the of the Pictures folders (it should be possible to add more folders), the location for where to look for Pictures to import (it should be possible to add several locations eg. E:, F: eg.) . It would be preferable if the app. is portabe and customized through a single XML / ini file
