Create a Twitter bot

What I need is someone to create robot so that I gain followers in an account I have, to do this you don't even have to know anything just the basics of node.js.

What I want is someone who can follow this tutorial [url removed, login to view] and set it up on appfog or Heroku for me (I will provide the account for them and also the Twitter API).

What I want from the tutorial is the ability for the bot to unfollow people that don´t follow me back, and the ability to follow people who follow my followers (If you read the tutorial you will understand what I mean).
