Paper provides method to construct, low cost signal time machines, along with additional proof of Einstein. Lorentz etc. constant fixed light speed and how, when white light is split into frequency time lengths, (composed frequencies with different delays) via waveguides, visible rainbow colors from sky, water, glass, etc., are produced. Different frequency time lengths, not changes in light speed or light bending, actually create this visible rainbow light split effect.
