Homepage tweaks and design (www.ledgrowlightsdepot.com)

I am inquiring about adding a few things to my website to make the overall user experience more pleasant. I just launched my site last month and have little to no knowledge on html and css. Therefore it has proved difficult to add the features that I want to my site. ([login to view URL]) I am looking to add: 1. A banner above my nav bar with my companies contact info and 'free shipping/no sales tax' statement. 2. Add a 'double drop down' option to the nav bar. By double dropdown, I mean this: [login to view URL] See the first or second item in the Nav. It drops down twice: CB Radios --> Shop by Type. Can you set something up like this so I can put the Brand, Wattage, and Type under one drop down menu? Also, are you able to make it in a way that I can manipulate it later with little experience in coding? 3. Make the nav menus drop down during a hover instead of having to click on them 4. Add 'hover-over' seo text to the banner pictures. I would like to be able to change SEO hover-over text, banner text, and pictures on a regular basis, so can you tell me how to easily change these? 5. Move the blog snippets down toward the bottom of my site. I'm not sure where exactly to put the blog snippets. Where do you think is best? Can you make them a nice box/border to be placed in? 6. Move the 2 large text sections (WHY PURCHASE LED GROW LIGHTS? and WHY BUY FROM LED GROW LIGHTS DEPOT?) next to each other as opposed to on top of each other. When you move the 2 text sections next to each other can you hide the long text and make it reappear/dropdown with by clicking a button? 7. Make the 'Lighting', 'Tents', 'Hangers', and 'Timers' picture links look more like the 'featured brands' style below it. 8. Move the 'featured brands' above the 'Lighting', 'Tents', 'Hangers', and 'Timers' 9. Can you make all of the product photo sizes the same in each collection and the product page? See how the text and pics are not aligned: [login to view URL] ...and here too (product page): [login to view URL] 10. Can you get rid of the 'USD' symbol on the collection and product page prices? I can't get rid of it for some reason. 11. My web theme is responsive so it should scale for mobile devices. Can you make sure it looks good on mobile too? 12. Lastly, do you know how to add rich snippets/structured data for "image", "brand", "name", and "price"? I couldn't integrate it into the original template so I made my own data. However it appears at the end of the product page below the social buttons: [login to view URL] would like to do it correctly, instead. In fact, its not even showing up in Google and it is indexed already.
