SharePoint site collection, workflow and form

================Please read before posting any proposal==================== This project is for the development of an Intranet platform that can ease the communication and transparency between country offices, regional offices, and Headquarter for a charity. In addition to increasing operation’s efficiency such as providing online forms and workflows. The Intranet Platform is chosen to be SharePoint. Subsequently we need to develop a SharePoint site that is comprehensive for all offices, units, projects, and knowledge. The objective of the consultancy is to develop and operate a SharePoint site collection, which includes departments, projects, workflows and links to filling structure. Besides, the consultancy also consists of the design and support of innovative and stable solutions with advanced functionality (such as workflows, forms, reports, and graphical dashboards) for delivering an optimal end-user experience. Scope of Work and Deliverables 1) Design and support innovative and stable solutions with advanced functionality (such as workflows, forms, reports, and graphical dashboards) for delivering an optimal end-user experience a) Develop a simple workflow example on SharePoint (including Leave Requests and Purchase Request) b) Check which platform will use (mobile and / only computer) for design by InfoPath or PowerApp. c) Verify the workflow paths for each form (2 templates) and how the flow looks like: by approval (approve or reject) flow or email notification or both etc. d) Design the form and apply the workflow e) Test the form. 2) Develop a user-friendly home page for SharePoint to include departments, projects, workflows and links to filling structure a) Create a new site collection b) The content of the home page will be decided later such as (photos/news/ links / useful links/information) c) Create first subsite for WESCA branch then link existing folder structure for documents libraries and create useful webparts for each library d) Set up and manage SharePoint security, permissions, and access and ensure proper content access and availability while maintaining defined security groups and visibility rules e) Check vehicle and Rooms emails and ensure that a process is there to book cars and rooms f) Test the site after setting the procedures and permissions.
