Inbound Calls, Sales and Marketing
$2-20 CAD / hora
BaseTend is a team of Freelance Virtual Receptionist and Sales/Marketing Reps and we are looking to expand our team. We've been in business for 13 years and developed relationships for admin and sales support throughout many industries.
*** This is for the experience sales rep only. We are not in the business of training sales staff (other than product training), we are looking for proven sales people who want to earn some an excellent income.
- We pay guaranteed flat rate per hour OR commission which ever is higher.
- You choose which ever product or services in our suite of offerings to sell. We have several, ranging from Financial Products to Web Development.
- You choose HOW you sell. We provide the tools. Ie Dialer, E-mail, Databases, Leads.
- You choose what hours you want to work. They must be scheduled a week in advance. You must be signed into our system during these times AND available to take incoming calls. (service calls).
- Inbound calls are a small part of the job. Expect maybe 10 minutes per hours. Leaving the remaining time for sales. We pay a commission for each inbound call as well.

In regards to the flat hourly rate. Please let us know what you require as your minimum. We pay a flat hourly rate to simply "put our money where our mouth is":) and are interested in those that plan to surpass it 10 fold.
