help me to set up a new business in china

i am looking for someone open minded and patient with a good experience in international trading and possibly ecommerce. currently i am facing difficulties to get in touch with chinese sub-contractors and potential partners. i need services in the field of web design, translations, and (mainly) commercial relationships. however, i can't get any valuables contacts and i would need your input to fix that out. my project is quite ambitious and i need to discuss it with a chinese person who could give me advices. the business i want to develop in china is international air shipping. it is about software assisted logistics. note that the budget for this job is deliberatly low because for now i simply need to talk with candidates. you do not have to deliver anything, i only want to talk about the business and get your feedback. the real opportunity will come later, i hope you understand my point of view.
