The ability to adapt to various cultures and environments
A true demonstrable passion for coding
Several years of professional experience with Agile
Mobile experience is a BIG plus
Excellent knowledge of Agile practices and general engineering practices (TDD, pairing, design patterns and refactoring)
The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments
