Research assistant on Iraqi Arab politics needed (Iraqi Arabs only)

I am writing a book about a battle in Syria, but I have a very small section about the Iraqi-American relationship. I would just like to know what an Iraqi Arab thought during this timeline, late-2014, about their various political parties who had the most influence and so forth. You know, what an actual Iraqi Arab thinks. I have a series of questions: How much power did Al-Abadi have over the Iraqi military in October 2014? He had only been in power for one month. How much power did the Minister of Defence have in Iraq at the time? Given he had Malki controlling him, and now this new Prime Minister, Al-Abadi. How much control, specifically, did he have control over the Iraqi Special Forces? What was the difference between the Iraqi Special Forces and the Iraqi Army in terms of who controlled them? How many Iraqi Army units were involved in the battle of al-Anbar in October 2014 What was the state of the Iraqi Air force in October 2014? Who was in charge, how well equipped was it, how successful were they in attacking ISIS? What operations were the Iraqi army fighting in October, 2014? Where was the Iraqi Special Forces in October 2014? Who was in charge of them? Did Al-Abadi have responsibility over them? What was the Ministry of Defense’s role in October 2014? How much power did Al-Abadi have over the Iraqi MOD? When did Grand Ayatollah Ali al-Sistani call his fatwa? How many Iraqis had volunteered for the Shia militias? Where were the Shia militias deployed? What percentage of them were in Baghdad versus on the frontline? How were they equipped? How good was the cooperation between the Iraqi Army and the Shia militias in October, 2014? Given that, the corporation had only started in a few months earlier. What battles did they cooperate in, in October, 2014? How well organized was the Iraqi Army in October 2014? What happened to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Iraqi Divisions? I read that they had been wiped out. If the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Iraqi divisors had been wiped out, where were the other Iraqi divisions? What provinces were they stationed in. Who were their commanders. What were their ethnicities? Were these divisions still in existence because they were Iranian proxies? How competent was the Iraqi Army’s commanders in October 2014? Did they have any success at all? NOTE: I do not mean battles that began in August or September, but started in October and ended in October, 2014. If they, the Iraqi Army, had any success in October, then where? What was Iran’s influence over the Iraqi Army in October 2014? Did they provide equipment? Did they put commanders in charge of the Iraqi Army to help reform it? What weapons and equipment did the Iraqi get from the Americans starting from October, 2014? NOT WEAPONS RECEIVED BEFORE, BUT FROM October, 2014? What came out of the ships and airplanes and got into the hands of the Iraqi Army? The Battle of Hit (Heet) began in September/October 2014, explain what happened in detail, which towns were taken, how large ISIS was, why the Iraqi Army ran away, when the city fell, what happened to the inhabitants. Where did the inhabitants flee to, where to, and if they went to Baghdad, then why. What was going on in Ramadi at the time? What Iraqi Army units were trapped there? What did the Iraqi public think about the Battle of Heet and the Battle of Ramadi at the time? How much confidence did the Iraqi public in the Iraqi Army, at the time, in October 2014? What was the Iraqi public’s perception of the American presence in Iraq at the time? No in the past 10 years, but under Barack Obama and his decision to bring more American troops to combat the Islamic State and to help the Iraqi Army? What was the Iraqi public’s specific perception of Barack Obama’s decision to use those American troops to help the Iraqi Army? there are more... but space limits do not allow me to post it all.
