I'm looking for someone to help with researching airbnb and New York City Vacation Rental laws. Airbnb recently, dropped a case against the city of New York City in December 2016 that would have helped to change laws for local residents to continue to rent their homes with governing regulations proposed from a incorporated company (airbnb). I'm looking for someone to do research to help us to identify a valid federal lawsuit (i.e. Act Against Humanity) and pickup where airbnb left off. In theory, the government is suppose to regulate and create laws when there is something that will mutually and financially benefit the longterm growth of the economy and the people. Airbnb used poor people, made them believe they were going to one day change this law, and later dropped the case. Our theory is that since, we are entering into an age where businesses are physically closing, where the internet and working from home is the future of the economy, this is illegal and an act against humanity. This research is our effort to change laws for local residents to further open the door for people work from home with an incorporated company by their side making sure to avoid the complaints previously used and taken advantage of. We would like to sue the city of New York for ignoring/hiding something that would ultimately help the economy and purposely keeping people in situation where they struggle to support themselves financially. I'm hoping you get the idea from reading this post. I'm looking for someone to work on this as soon as possible. This research will be base to our corporate lawyer to commence law proceedings.
