Ongoing work for Industrial Designers, product engineers, electronics experts, sourcing

My design practice is getting very busy and I am expanding the business so we need to get more professionals on our team. We have a focus on product development and Asian manufacturing. We offer clients services ranging from concept sketches all the way to manufacturing and delivery. We have a range of roles we are looking to fill. 1. Industrial designer/product designer (creative) we are looking for a designer with very good sketching skills to work with our designers and clients on the initial stages of concept design and ideation. This position could also involve detailing of CAD models and manufacturing drawings but is based in sketching and creativity. Digital sketching preferred. 2. Product engineer. We are looking for someone to take concept designs and apply create Manufacturable CAD models including full material specification. Whatever necessary FEA analysis or load testing etc would also fall within this role. 3. Product Sourcing/Manufacturing experts We are looking for someone in China who has both contacts and experience in manufacturing . We have many projects and our clients are looking to have them manufactured. We need people who can find a good manufacturer and handle some or all aspects of managing the manufacturing process for these clients.
