hi Hello. I'm a retired military veteran who is simply looking to purchase custom blueprints any builder can legally use in the state of Florida. 2D and 3D renderings are required. The house should not be more than 2000sq ft so feel free to adjust the room dimensions as necessary. I do ask that the master bedroom not be any smaller than 16 x 16. Everything else is open to scale as necessary to keep the overall size of the home below 2100 sqft but still roomy enough to be functional.
