Architecture Design (Transforming a pigsty into Hotel rooms)

Hello. We're planning to buy a property in Spain and to open a small ecological and sustainable Hotel. On the property there are 2 Pigstys surrounded by wonderful nature and amazing mountains. The 570 m² sty should be mostly transformed into hotelrooms for our guests. The pigsty is about 80 m long and about 7 m wide. We're thinking of 6 to 10 rooms. Each room should have its own rooftop terrace and some room should be left for solar panels. At first we were dreaming of integrating a small "Dome" on the terrace of every second room, so the guests could sleep under the beautiful nightsky. It would be great if the guests could use a stairway from the room to the dome and exit to the terrace through the dome. If this idea is much to complicated (or disproportionately expensive), we're open to other suggestions. We would like to preserve as much as possible and destroy as less as possible (e.g. maybe some of the walls inside can be used as walls for the bathroom...). It's important that buildung fits into the environment. Maybe the white "rustic Ibiza house" might look good there? We're looking for someone who can design the exterior first and maybe later also the interior. We're looking forward to your suggestions. Thank you in advance.
