Recruit Part-Time Marketing Specialist

Our team has a part-time opening for a well-rounded marketing professional who can handle social media management, content creation, SEO/SEM, and integrated TTL / BTL / ATL campaigns. I need a seasoned freelance recruiter to take this vacancy from posting to signed offer. You’ll tap into your network, craft compelling job ads, prescreen applicants, and coordinate interviews until we have the right hire on board. Preferred sourcing channels include LinkedIn Recruiter, niche marketing groups, and any ATS or job-board tools you already trust. Scope of work and deliverables • Present an initial shortlist of 5–7 qualified, interview-ready candidates within two weeks • Manage scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication throughout the process • Support reference checks and final offer negotiation until the role is officially closed Success is measured by a signed contract with a candidate who meets all skill requirements and can start immediately on a part-time basis.
