Thank you for allowing me to bid on this project. The project brief is very self explanatory.
Recruitment was one aspect of my previous role where I was the Director of Finance for a high end fashion retailing business. Whilst I don't have any direct experience working for a recruiting company which I know is listed as a requirement, the experience that I do have is as follows
- Listing Jobs on Seek and LinkedIn and shortlisting candidates
- Liaising with recruiting companies to find the right candidates (Job Specs, Short Listing)
- Hiring and, where necessary, the termination of employees (Interviews, Termination meetings)
- All other HR related activities (Employee complaints, Compliance, Contracts etc)
I am Located in Kogarah, NSW Approximately 20 minute commute to Sydney CBD and have no problem traveling when required.
