Hello, Greetings all. As a developer and entrepreneur, I am looking for a professional freelance proposal writer to assist with writing for potential bids/projects/contracts. What about a guy who can.. 1. talk to customer, 2. understand the requirement, 3. Write a proposal, 4. get the proposal approved with customer, settle the project as well, 5. get the project awarded, 6. Assign the project to technical team 7. test the deliver < work> if as per the requirement of customer and in line to the settled WORK SCOPE. 8. fetch milestone payment, 9 close project with a 5 Start review. 10. build relationship during the process and push the customer for the next project... let us know if this what you want ..
