Lookin for an experienced project manager to help with:
-allocation and scheduling of trades.
-Overseeing plans
-Developing quotation - (liaise with our QS department)
-Integrate project timeline into our CRM (worketc)
-Organise and document expenses in CRM
-update schedules and botify trades where required
-contract admin where required
Essentially the duty will be to work with me as ill be onsite.
Together we will ensure the project runs smoothly.
Apps and playforms used:
Worketc - CRM and project management
Slack - communications
Outlook - email
You will be allocated accounts on these platforms
We are a d&c firm with architects internationally. However this division will manage jobs in melbourne australia
Payment negotiable based on skill set
