I have 15 years of experience working as a Project Manager, Customer Service rep, Field Agent, Account Manager,Sales Manager,Sales Trainer, and Telemarketer. In addition, I was Sales manager/Operation manager for Newsweek magazine given the task of hiring/recruitment, training, and over looking day to day operation. My previous work experience would make me the best man for the job, and here are the reasons why:
Sales Person: Being a sales would make me an expert in handling customers, specially their objection. I also have an upper hand in terms of establishing good rapport with the client.
Telemarketer: I know how to talk to people over the phone. My listening skills training is an advantage as well.
Manager: As a manager, I know how to deal with clients/staff. Listening to what they need, taking care of their issues, with out compromising the company.
Customer Service Rep: My principle has always been simple: "Under promise, over deliver".
