Articulate E-Learning Course Editor and Creator

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers Thank you for taking the time to review the details of this project. It has two main components and all content is made in Articulate 360. First, update old courses. Second, create new courses that match the visual look and feel of the updated courses. 1) Update 4 Articulate courses that have a total combined instruction time of 8 hours. a. The courses need a new illustrated character for the course instructor; a character provided by Articulate creative works fine. b. Update the master slides so the look like a modern classroom. The courses currently have outdated visuals. c. Update the voice-over sync for any existing courses where the voice over was poorly edited (i.e. choppy and sound does not flow naturally). This is only necessary for about 30 minutes worth of course time as most of the courses have good audio sync. We will provide updated voice over files from a professional voice-over artist who created the original voice over. d. Segment the courses into 7-10 minutes "modules" of total instruction time each. The courses are currently separated into 20-30 minute modules of instruction time. Send final files in MP4 format and zipped articulate files. 2) Create 6 new Articulate courses, separated into 10-minute "modules, that have a combined total slide count of 218 slides. a. We will provide the raw content in powerpoint format. See attached example of a few slides of raw content. The freelancer will need to add the voice-over files, imagery and sync the elements to finalize each course. b. Freelancer will need to also edit the written voice-over instruction we provide (in the notes section for each slide) so it aligns with the final imagery used in each slide. We will then send the written voice-over instruction to one of our voice over artists to record the voice over. c. Freelancer will need to sync final audio and visual elements. Then send each completed course to us in MP4 format and the zipped articulate file.
