XWIKI knowledge base development

Hi, We have an internal XWiki site we are using for an internal knowledge base. We would like to add a feature to a toolbar. When we add a new sub-wiki, we would like the sub-wiki to be automatically added to this toolbar. We would need the option to be able to move this new code onto other wiki's for another department as well. Example of how it is to be added: Title: Knowledge Base - Application1 - Process1 - How to: - Process2 - How to: I would like to be able to add "Process 3" and "how to" and have the toolbar automatically update this task. Right now we are manually completing this task and would like to have it automated.
