Hi sir, First of all, I can do this for 100 dollars instead of 250 as your project settings. I will need access to FTP, cpanel and database program in order to check if your database is able to handle arabic characters, then apply a method to make it able to handle arabic characters. I don't take more than 2 hours for the job. read my ratings and you decide. Thanks
