WPHRM Plugin customization

Hi, we need to customize "WPHRM - Human Resource and Finance Management WordPress Plugin" with more features.

Just to explain about our site: We’re a HR services company based in Brazil and we have several clients(employers/companies) that have their respective workers. Our goal is to have a WPHRM dashboard for each of them, so they can use plugin features but most important, view/edit only assigned employees. Here is the link to plugin page and demo:

TO DO:

1.) Create new Employer Section (only site admin and employer user can view/edit this section):

1.1) Create a Employer section just like “Employees”, with informations of person/company and the ability to view/assign workers to this user;

1.2) Only Admin user can create new Employer user.

1.3) In this section, the Employer user can view/edit his profile infos.

2.)Employees Section

2.1) Show list of employees according to the Employer user.

2.2) Show list with all employees to Admin user.

2.3) Employer user with ability to view/edit/delete his employees.

2.4) Employee information: Create new portlet box named “Workplace Address” with custom fields. Create New portlet box named “Employment Agreement” with custom fields. Create New portlet box named “Employee Dependents”, with custom fields.

3.)Leave Section

3.1)Permission to Admin and Employer user create leave applications for employees.

4.) Settings Section

4.1) In settings section “+ add more” fields button, add the ability to choose from text input, select, checkbox, and if is a required field.
