I would like to hire a Freelance Developer

We have planned to launch an e-commerce website for our startup cake business in Karachi, Pakistan not launched yet. I found a theme that is close to what we wanted as it's simple, clean, mobile responsive, and looks professional. Freelancers can offer their design templates as well but I will expect only professional, elegant, and easy-to-load designs. Will be needing customization in this theme: - Users may be able to register with only cell # as well - Users may be able to register with fb/google - API integration for auto email/sms at different points (registration, order placed, etc) - multi-currency option (PKR/USD/GBP) - payment options (easypay, cod, etc) - should allow later-on expansion to include credit cards & paypal - discount codes management - deal of the week with counter - reward points management (on every purchase, customers will get points to redeem later on) - user profile page with rewards, previous orders, order status, etc - google analytics integration - order status management + CMS/admin panel for self-maintenance & modification in future - google map integration at the time of placing order by the customer - customer feedback/review option at the completion of order - social media integration - customized favicon / banners - zoom-in option for product pictures & no copy/paste of pictures warning - blog page - static pages such as about us, etc I think many or most of these things are already present in above template, rest will have to be added during development process. I have received couple of quotes from companies and group of freelancers/students and I will select a team who will be able to ensure fulfillment of all the requirements in best possible time + most cost-effective pricing. I don't have any problems if you're new but I will accept only the best and what I have asked. With your quote, please share your past e-commerce sample, delivery period, and payment terms. It is not mandatory but I will prefer someone from Karachi so we may meet & discuss but not a rigid requirement.
