Hi I have reviewed the project description and i understand that you are looking for a crowd sourcing App. But please elaborate a concept in a little detail as to what would be crowd sourced exactly, project/ideas or loans or something else? Implementing features like reporting, integration with Office 365, Integrating Oracle etc. are fine.
