I would love to get inside your client's website and remove the malware. 99% of the time malware gets inside of WordPress either through an old plugin (or nulled) or through a weak password ( or which was part of a database breach ). I would like to first of all review the .htaccess file to remove and inspect the redirect to that Turkish malware tech site. After I have removed the malware and the redirect, I will inspect all other files. If there are additional files infected, I suggest making a backup and restoring it into a fresh Wordpress Installation. After that, a firewall will be set up along with a security plugin to protect the site from future attacks.
