This extension must synchronize telegram polls with WordPress site

i want when i make poll in telegram masenger this poll sent to WordPress site and publish there and when i make and publish poll in wordperes this poll send and publish in telegram chanel or group.

on site can chenge how can vote in poll users or Guest.

Applies this function to WordPress if users vote on the telegram

And when users vote on words, this action is included in the telegram.

i need document of plugin and telegram bot and clean code
