Website - [url removed, login to view]
The website will have an Intranet and Extranet.
I need to build a custom backend template that property managers and board members can login to and fill in or update specific section blocks in their Intranet Dashboard portal. Once the information has been entered, it should automatically update the frontend page for viewers. I am trying to design this for users that have minimal computer experience to input and update their individual community documents, images, calendar updates and information. The custom template will be used for several different communities each with different pictures, contact information, calendars, etc. All the sites will be built within WordPress multisite.
I would like to be able to create one of these sites for each new HOA Community and property manager with the ability to add communities as I go.
I would like for each user to be able to login to their WordPress backend portal and access their community site without the ability to access other sites. Only the Super Admin can access all the sites. (A WordPress User Role Manager will need to be implemented for this).
Then I would like the user to be able to access the custom template to easily add in their communities’ information. The rest of the information, I do not want the user to be able to access and change.
I have set up User Roles for Property Managers, Board Members, Property Owners and Residents. The following permissions I need to apply are:
• Super Admin – All access.
• Property Manager – Can only access their own community site via login to their Intranet Dashboard and can only edit specific sections.
• Board Members - Can only access their own community site via login to their Intranet Dashboard and can only edit specific sections.
• Property Owners – No access as of right now.
• Residents – No access.
I have attached a “Scope of Work” and "Instructions" for reference.
