Hi - This task is pretty simple but time taking - I recently moved site Wordpress website from WHM to amazon cloud and optimized website and acheived A pagescore on Gtmetrix . well this was lengthy process - as the were also using woocommerce with wordpress blog . So need to optimized product pages also . I did not just used plugin to optimized well i pragmatically optimized and configure the server . i also have some question about your project description - Can you please answer those question ? 1 :- do we need to start migration from start or it is migrated but not functioning properly -->>it has been half completed but missing a lot of things (make sure you have experience with Alicloud, and the site needs to be functioning to be considered done). 2 : - Great - I like the spirit - i just need enough time to optimize it as per your requirement - Gtmetrix gives a F and 20s load time for the site. It needs serious optimization to reach a goal of at least B and <5s (eliminate external links and implement Alicloud's CDN). I dont ask for upfront payment and i do agree with this -> Will only release milestone if the site is functioning and goals has been reached.
