I want to create an interactive speedometer (gauge) to display changes in data. (See attached image). The interactive gauge will be put on a webpage where visitors can interact with it. Under the gauge, there will be 2 sliders that will change the pointer and a third slider that is changed by the underlying data but not by the visitor. It might be easier to develop this project in excel ([login to view URL]). If you have a better way to develop this let me know. If you do the project I will upload the underlying data which I already have in excel.

Hello, Creating the speedometer in excel is going to limit the functionality only to you or with people with whom you choose to share the file. If you want to share it on a webpage, then we can create this functionality on a simple webpage. See below in detail on what we will do. The web page will be directly accessible through a url. Frontend will have the functionality as you would describe.
