Hybrid or universal type fine. The app should be able to post in play store or apple store and send as native app . This app should be compatible and utilize the API of [login to view URL] 2. SMS app that should be tied to voice number. Uses API from [login to view URL] Both voice and text will be on server that we will need configured . The server will be on AWS and will be capable of utilizing the bandwidth APIs and track usage of each phone number. It should have a database that shows the usage by each number name address and payment method of customer and will sell the number and block of 200 min a month for a sum that can be adjusted regularly. Supplemental time and text blocks will also be sold. a. The server will have a store to sell the block of time and deploy the number through [login to view URL] The number will be purchased on server during payment process. b. The database will track time used and SMS usage and at a limit time issue email to customer that it is time to purchase additional time or texts. c. The server will also bill on a monthly basis for the service. The server should be scalable to handle a large number of customers but it is a ramp up so that we will need a few to start and should do it on a beta basis but be ready to ramp it up as customer base grows.
