Simple PHP eMAIL "Auto Reply" script

Hello, We need a PHP script for our POSTFIX MTA that will monitor 2 email inboxes on our server and will send a single "auto reply" email to any emails that come in. Here are the requirements: 1. We have ONE single email we will send as the auto reply when an email comes in on either inbox. 2. This email should be sent only ONE TIME per email address in a 48 hour period. So, for example, if the same email address sends us 2 emails in a row, they will only receive our auto reply email ONE TIME, and they will not receive another. If 24 hours (or 48 hours, whatever we decide) passes and they send another email, they will get the auto reply email again, but again, just ONCE over the next 48 hours. 3. The script should notify us if it has sent over 15 auto emails in an hour, via an email. 4. We do NOT need an admin interface. We just want this to run so we never have to look at it, but it will notify us if lots of spam is hitting these inboxes. Here's a script I found that you can use and modify perhaps.
