Hello, I can rebuild/setup your website using backup files. As you might know security releases (and a maintenance release 7.64) published after 7.36. So i suggest to upgrade to the latest Drupal core. I also can update modules. I stated price assuming this is a small/moderate website without complex/custom development and problematic (non future compliant) modules etc. If you can share status report and updates pages' screenshots, i can say something more precise.
