I created an application that encrypts files to increase security while sending data between users and the server.
Now I wish to be able to also receive the data on a server that works in PHP 7.1.
For that I need help to rewrite a function of my C# code in PHP to decrypt the data that is received on the server.
I can give my C# code of the function I wrote to see it and rewrite it in PHP
