Hello. I can build you a website scrapper to findout the smartetailing. I will use laravel framework to design it. So here is how it works. You will upload the xls file. Then the site loads a page with list of sites from the xls file. Then it checks each site individually and marks it with green tick if its smartetailing or red cross if not. On the bottom of the page there will be an option to download list xls file containing list of smartetailing sites and non smartetailing sites.
