(saas) Web based Form builder with conditional components.

The entire description must be read BEFORE submitting your proposal. For this (saas) project, you will be required to build a web-based form builder that allows clients to build multi-step ‘wizard style’ forms based on form templates that we will design and upload for clients. Once the client has designed their form, they will embed the form on their website manually (like Mailchimp), and we will need to use cookies / javascript to track certain statistics to display on their reporting dashboard. All visitors that use the clients’ forms will be processed through our servers and information stored in our database (data must be encrypted). Must have the ability to notify the client via email each time a visitor signs up using their form. Must have the ability to send an email to the visitor from the client (which the client can customise). These visitors will be displayed in the client’s ‘lead’ page. Must have a system for turning on/off features for free and different paid tiers of clients (using integration with ‘Stripe’ payment integration). Clients must login to access our website / form builder. Sensitive data will be processed through our website so compliance of web / software security best practice will be required. We will require daily updates with the main completed tasks for the day and (10 - 30 min) weekly scheduled call via skype. The daily update will be due 8;00 am UK time and the weekly call schedule will be confirmed at the initial interview. Your proposal MUST include two time available time / date slots for the weekly scheduled call (morning and night). Your proposal MUST indicate your acceptance of our ‘phased payment schedule’ described below: This project will be split into two phases. We will pay ¼ of the agreed fee upon completion of phase #1, and the remaining 3/4 upon completion of phase #2. Phase 1: Completion of all functionality for the form builder (all steps), leads page, reporting page, and user management system (login, register). Phase 2: Completion of payment system (subscription payments with Stripe integration), referral system, super admin section, freemium features (e.g. disabling access to leads after free trial expires), improvement of security/performance, and user settings/billing pages. Agreed payment will only be released when all points on the ‘brief checklist’ are completed. We will also pay an additional bonus IF: BOTH phases are completed within 35 days All points in the checklist are complete first-time (i.e. we do not find that certain points marked ‘complete’ are not complete or contain bugs).
