Repair the layout of my Mobi site & make it Google Ads friendly

My website is Outyourbackdoor.com. I have both laptop version and mobi versions of my site, depending on what size screen the user has. My site is built of 3 pages in each version (6 total pages): *Homepage, *Topic page, *Article page. I can pay $50 for this project. (Note: I need a Freelancer who has good English skills. And I need a Freelancer who will check their work before having me look at it. And I need a Freelancer who will wait for me to approve the work and pay. I always approve finished work immediately and I pay immediately and I give good feedback immediately. I note that this process is standard in the Western world, but I have rarely had a Freelancer who uses this process so I will start adding this note about what I require.) So, I have 4 problems that need repair. 1. My site recently started incorrectly displaying my Article page. Here is how: An ad and Related Articles and Related Products are supposed to display in the righthand column of the Article page. Right now they are displaying in the lefthand column under the Article text. 2. The mobi version of the Article page is not working. It needs to be turned back on somehow. The laptop version is displaying on mobi devices -- so everything is too tiny, etc. 3. The Google ads are displaying as tiny banners on mobi devices. The problem is, I\'ve been told, that Google is not recognizing the mobi version of the site as \"mobile friendly\" so it is displaying laptop ads on mobi devices. The Google ads should display as larger SQUARE ads on a mobi device (easy to read) and as banner ads on a laptop-size screen (easy to read there). The ads are now supposedly set up for responsive display. 4. The ads are not displaying on my Macbook in Firefox! (Ads display in Chrome on Macbook. They display in Firefox on my PC!)
