Redo website using ghost

We’re looking to redo our website using Ghost, hosted within a secure Azure container (that we host), and are looking to find someone who can help us with initial set up. We have logos etc. and want the ‘look’ to remain much as currently is. The main difference from the existing website is that we want the new one to have a few more features, an initial list of which is attached Other requirements Fav icon (we already have one) Versioning of pages / articles Back-up and restore (we can probably do this ourselves) Responsive (support for different screen sizes) Performant (pages load quickly regardless of device [one of the reasons we have chosen PW]) SEO support Custom CSS support Google Analytics support Support OTCX authorised users to create and publish content Clean URL support Ability to provide attribution for blog posts and media Able to serve images Social media buttons (esp. LinkedIn) Search form Inexpensive We will produce the content ourselves and publish new press releases, blog posts, and so on through the admin console. What I’d like to find out is how much you would charge for helping us with initial set up and css (or whatever) for skinning the site? Note, we are constrained to using Ghost and cannot (for myriad compliance reasons) use php.
